A large, bright open-plan living area opening onto the outdoors, including a lounge with sofa and armchairs, TV, fireplace (not to be used), and a welcoming dining area with a large table for family meals (high chair available).

A separate, fully equipped kitchen with kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, hob, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc.

• First floor

1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, dressing area and air conditioning.

1 bathroom with a large shower and single washbasin.

1 master suite with a 180 x 190 cm bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub.

• Second floor

1 bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm single beds, storage wardrobe and air conditioning.

A children’s play area with a desk.

1 large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, air conditioning and dressing area.

The property is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. However, we kindly ask you to leave it in a reasonable condition.

Our guests will be provided with all essential comfort and hygiene items, including bed linen, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and a kitchen towel.

FEEDBACK: For any feedback regarding cleaning or a technical issue, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. After this period, we will consider that there is nothing to report.

If damage is reported by our concierge after your departure, we will consider it to have occurred during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is located in an area at risk of wildfires. Lighting fires or smoking near wooded areas is strictly prohibited.

PLEASE NOTE: RENTAL INSURANCE
All occupants are required to insure the property they are renting. Please check whether your main home insurance policy includes holiday rental cover. A certificate must be provided before check-in for stays of 7 nights or more.
