The space

Our fully air-conditioned 140 m² home (ducted air conditioning upstairs) can accommodate up to 8 guests (4 adults + 4 children) across 4 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms.

GROUND FLOOR

The spacious 50 m² living area, open to the fully equipped kitchen, creates a warm and welcoming space where the whole family can gather. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, which can then be enjoyed around the central island or on the covered terrace.

A bright master suite features a king-size bed (160x200 cm), an en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct access to the terrace (fan available).

UPSTAIRS

A beautiful master suite with its own private shower room offers a comfortable and intimate retreat for parents.

You will also find a large family bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, perfectly suited to the needs of the whole family.

A charming children's bedroom has been lovingly designed with cabin-style beds (90x200 cm and 90x160 cm), playful décor, and an imaginative atmosphere for little adventurers.

Finally, there is a playroom featuring a cozy cabin corner and a sofa bed that converts into a 140x200 cm sleeping space.

The Mediterranean Sea, Hérault beaches, and the Camargue region can all be reached within 30 minutes. Essential shops including a bakery, pastry shop, butcher, cheesemonger, and tobacco shop are just a 10-minute walk away.

Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Jean-de-Védas, the house enjoys a peaceful setting while being just steps away from all conveniences. A bakery, butcher, cheesemonger, greengrocer, tobacconist, and supermarket can all be reached within a 5-minute walk.

The Halles Gourmandes Védasiennes, offering restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and local food stalls, are also only a 5-minute walk away.

Tram Line 2 is a 7-minute walk from the house and provides direct access to Montpellier city center in approximately 20 minutes.

Parc du Terral is a 10-minute walk away for relaxing strolls, while the Château des Évêques in Lavérune can be reached in around 8 minutes by car.

The beaches are approximately 20 minutes away by car, and the A9 and A709 motorways can be accessed within just 5 minutes.
