Located in La Grande-Motte, Allée des Colverts, our 19 m² cabin studio is ideal for 2 to 4 guests, perfect for a seaside getaway in a natural and peaceful setting.

Our cabin studio includes:

• An open-plan kitchenette connected to the living area, equipped for short and medium stays (cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and kitchen utensils)

• A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or a walk

• A living area with a sofa bed, serving as the main sleeping space

• A sleeping cabin with bunk beds, perfect for children or two additional guests

• A beautiful furnished balcony with an outdoor dining table and electric plancha, offering an open view of Étang du Ponant — a real bonus for outdoor meals and peaceful evenings
You can also enjoy the residence’s swimming pool, accessible with wristbands that you will find inside the apartment.

⚠️ Parking: no private parking space, but free outdoor parking is available near the residence.

The apartment is ideally located close to the beaches, bike paths, and walking trails around the lagoon.
