The living space is organized around a spacious living room opening onto a fully equipped modern kitchen. The decor is refined, with soft, natural tones blending perfectly with the marble-effect flooring, and the large bay windows flood the room with light throughout the day. It features a cozy dining area, a comfortable living room, and direct access to the terrace and pool.

The house has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a shower and toilet for the independent suite. A separate toilet is also available.

The exterior is a true place of relaxation. The large wooden terrace offers several areas to fully enjoy the southern sun: a summer lounge, poolside deck chairs, a large dining table, and a gas grill for al fresco dining. All in a quiet and intimate setting, with no overlooked views.
