Welcome to our architect-designed house nestled in the heart of a peaceful residential neighborhood in Saint-Geniès-des-Mourgues. Designed to accommodate families, this villa of over 200 m² combines modern comfort, bright spaces, and lush nature. We favor families with children.
The space
Nestled in the heart of a green oasis, just 20 minutes from Montpellier, this peaceful haven invites you to a break between contemporary design and Mediterranean softness. Large bay windows, bright volumes, private pool, lush garden… everything has been designed to make you feel away, yet at home. Come with your family and let yourself be carried away by the unique atmosphere of this architect-designed villa, where comfort meets escape.
