The space

Nestled in the heart of a green oasis, just 20 minutes from Montpellier, this peaceful haven invites you to a break between contemporary design and Mediterranean softness. Large bay windows, bright volumes, private pool, lush garden… everything has been designed to make you feel away, yet at home. Come with your family and let yourself be carried away by the unique atmosphere of this architect-designed villa, where comfort meets escape.

Ground floor:

Entrance hall serving all the ground floor spaces:
• Separate toilet with hand basin
• Master suite: king-size bed (180 cm), private bathroom with shower and dressing room. The suite has a bay window opening onto an outdoor lounge area.
• Separate equipped kitchen: hood, oven, microwave, bean coffee machine, dishwasher, air fryer, island with 2 stools. Direct access to two terraces: ping-pong side and pool side.

Bright living space with two areas:
• Dining room: large table for convivial meals and a bookshelf.
• Living room: with sofa and armchairs, TV, large desk.
A large bay window creating an indoor/outdoor feeling.

Upstairs:

• 2 bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm sofa bed. Both rooms have desks.
• 1 bathroom with single basin and bathtub
• 1 separate toilet

Finished basement:
• Refrigerated wine cellar in the basement
• Laundry area with washing machine
• Independent sleeping area with 140 cm sofa bed and shower room

Outdoors:
• Unheated pool open during the summer season with sun loungers, straw parasol, and barrel with 2 stools

• Fish pond

Neither the owner nor the agency can be held responsible in the event of an accident around the pool or the pond, despite the safety measures in place; extra vigilance is required, especially with children. The fish must be fed according to the instructions provided in the information booklet.

Rental car: most practical way to access the village and get around the wine region.
Taxi or rideshare: estimated cost between €40 and €60.
Public transport (less practical, longer):
Airport shuttle → Montpellier Sud de France station
Then tram or bus to Baillargues or Saint-Brès + local taxi
Car rental or shuttle to Montpellier, then bus to Mudaison.
