The house is located near the Saint-Roch clinic, in a peaceful area, with easy access to public transport, shops and attractions in Montpellier.
Bright, spacious and perfectly equipped, this house is ideal for families, traveling professionals or groups of friends.
A cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.

Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.

The area around Boulevard Paul Valéry in Montpellier is quiet and residential, perfect for those seeking a peaceful environment while staying close to amenities. Well-connected by public transportation, it provides easy access to the city center, local shops, and medical facilities like the Saint-Roch Clinic. Within a short drive, you can reach the beaches or shopping areas like Odysseum.

Getting around

• The Sabine tram stop to go directly to Montpellier city center or St Roch train station is 300 m away (4 min walk)
• The bus station (blablacarbus, flexibus...) 300 meters (4 minutes on foot) for travelers without a car.
• The SUPER U at 400 meters (5 minutes on foot)
• Direct access to the A9 motorway 5 minutes by car
• The beaches 12 minutes by car (Palavas and Carnon)
• ODYSSEUM shopping center 14 min?

• From Montpellier-Méditerranée Airport:

Located about 15 minutes by car (10 km), the area is easily accessible via the D66 and Avenue de Maurin.
• From the A9 Highway:
Coming from the A9, take the Montpellier Sud exit (exit 30), then follow signs toward Montpellier Center. The boulevard is about a 10-minute drive from the highway exit.

Public transportation (buses and trams) also provides easy connections to the city center and other areas. Beaches and shopping areas like Odysseum are less than 20 minutes away by car.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.

If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
