° A spacious, bright living room with a lounge area and a kitchen/dining area. ° The living room, with exposed stone walls, features a storage bench for shoes, a 3-seater sofa that converts into a 140 cm bed for two people, a coffee table, and a bookshelf for a moment of authentic relaxation. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO TV IN THE LIVING ROOM.

° The modern kitchen is open to the dining area with an adjustable table for meals. The kitchen, with plenty of storage, is equipped with: a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a large sideboard with all the necessary dishes and utensils.
° A lovely bedroom, with no direct neighbors, featuring a comfortable 160 cm bed, a Samsung wall-mounted frame TV, and a custom-made spacious closet with ample storage.
° A bathroom with an Italian-style shower, semi-separate toilet, towel heater, single sink with storage, and a hairdryer provided.
° A mezzanine with a relaxation/chill area and a BZ sofa (not intended for sleeping or eating), with seagrass flooring for a cozy atmosphere.
° Possibility to store a bike in the small shared courtyard.
The modern apartment is equipped with underfloor heating for optimal comfort.
This apartment will offer you all the comfort needed for a quality stay in Montpellier, combining modernity and old-world charm.
Cleaning is done before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask that you maintain the apartment in a reasonable condition. Our guests will receive all essential comfort and hygiene items such as sheets, towels, bath mat, and dish towel.

The neighborhood
L'Écusson is the historic center of Montpellier characterized by its outline in the shape of an old French shield, close to a pentagon. The surrounding boulevards are located on the sites of the medieval moats which lined the main city wall.
Getting around
Everything is done on foot! The Comédie stop tram can take you to the beaches and Odysseum (shopping center) and the surrounding villages (Lattes, Castelnau le lez, St Jean de Védas, etc.)
