The space

This air-conditioned and modern apartment is perfect for a couple's stay or a business trip, located in the hyper-center, 5 minutes from the Louis Blanc tram stop, everything is nearby: shops, restaurants, transport.
With a quiet and residential environment despite its central location, the functional apartment is perfectly laid out.

Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, the apartment is composed of:

• An air-conditioned living room with a kitchen/dining area and a lounge area.
  The open kitchen offers plenty of storage, a large practical worktop and all the appliances: washing machine, oven, 2-burner hob, microwave, combined fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. You will also find all the necessary crockery.
  The dining area is equipped with a table and two seats
  
  The living area offers a sofa, a TV with Wi-Fi access and a storage unit

• The bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.

If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
