The space

At the entrance to the village, in a quiet and isolated area, this superb winegrower's house with parquet floors, period tiling and high ceilings will be ideal for your family vacation! With very large spaces and a perfectly landscaped enclosed garden, it can accommodate up to 9 people in complete tranquility.

The fully air-conditioned residence is composed of:

• an entrance hall with shoe storage, wardrobe and secretary
• a room similar to a boudoir equipped with air conditioning, a BZ, a television, board games, storage and an armchair.
• a large living room of almost 60m2 composed of a lounge area, a dining room and a large open kitchen. The main room is bathed in light thanks to its large openings and bay windows overlooking the swimming pool and the terrace.
• the living room is equipped with a 2-seater sofa, armchairs, a television.
• the dining room is equipped with a large wooden table with 8 to 10 seats
• the U-shaped kitchen has plenty of high and low storage, it is equipped with all the necessary crockery and all household appliances:

• a 2nd and 3rd bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a chest of drawers and a wardrobe each
• a 4th bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a storage cupboard
• a bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sink, window and towel dryer
• a separate toilet
• a 5th and last bedroom in a master suite with a 140 cm bed and a fitted dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a large and beautiful walk-in shower, a double sink, a window and a towel dryer.
