The apartment consists of:

-A bright and air-conditioned living room including a living room area with a new 160 cm sofa bed, a dining area with a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and storage: 2-burner hob, microwave, combined refrigerator, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, extractor hood...

• A cabin part with 1 bunk bed 90x190cm for 2 beds

• A bathroom with single sink shower and WC

• A sea view logia which can be opened with a table for meals and 2 deck chairs

• A SMALL private and closed parking space in the residence. City car or small SUV type vehicles can fit. Vehicles that are more than 1.90m high will not fit.

The accommodation includes:

Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
