The space

This house is composed, on the ground floor:

-A large entrance hall with storage
-A separate toilet with a hand basin
-A garage that can be used as storage space, the garage is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
-A large living room with a lounge area and a dining room area:

The living room area is equipped with a 3-seater sofa and armchairs, a television equipped with wifi and audio system, a grand piano, the room allows access to the enclosed garden.
The dining room area is equipped with a dining table, storage and allows access to the semi-open kitchen.

-A large kitchen with storage pantry and all the necessary equipment. The kitchen has plenty of storage space. It is equipped with a combined refrigerator and freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a hob with hood, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a Senseo coffee maker and a side table with chairs.

Upstairs, the house offers the sleeping area, it is composed of:

-A large corridor with window which serves the upstairs rooms
-A bedroom for children with a 90cm bed, a desk, a bookcase and a storage cupboard
-A second independent toilet
-A bathroom with bathtub, double sink and storage
-A second air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm bed, air conditioning and a double-door closet with mirror
-A third bedroom with air conditioning, a 140 cm bed and a 3-section cupboard

Outside :

• A closed and wooded garden
• A 16m2 terrace with plancha and table for meals
• Garden furniture with deck chairs and parasol.
• A private and open parking space in front of the house

All accommodation is available to our travelers. The accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms in total, we only rent 3.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.

If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
