The apartment is located in the center of Palavas les Flots, on the Left Bank, in a one-way street.
On the third floor of the secure residence, without elevator, the modern cabin studio is composed of:

• A corridor fitted out with an independent sleeping area, with 80x190cm bunk beds intended for children, possibly adolescents/adults if small.
• A large bathroom with a bathtub, a single sink with storage, a WC and a washing machine.
• A main room, very bright and air-conditioned which has: *a living room area with fold-out sofa and 140X200cm Bultex mattress, a 3-drawer chest of drawers, a wall-mounted television, a storage cabinet and a coffee table. *a kitchen completely furnished with furniture and equipped with a “bar” dining area with 4 stools.

The semi-open kitchen is equipped with: a 2-burner hob, a Top fridge, a microwave which also serves as an oven and grill, a hood, a kettle, a coffee maker Senseo, a toaster, plenty of storage space and equipment necessary for your stay.

The apartment does not have a private parking space.
Parking is also possible on the street, but paid.

Travelers have access to the entire accommodation.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.

If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
