The space
The accommodation consists of:
A living room including the lounge area with sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hob, combined fridge, microwave, etc.)
1 bedroom with 140cm bedding and plenty of storage (cupboards, wardrobes and drawers)
1 bathroom with shower (narrow shower entrance), single sink and WC
The accommodation includes:

- A washing machine and dryer are available in a room on the ground floor of the building
- A large terrace
- No parking spaces assigned to the accommodation but 3 spaces dedicated to the residence and which are shared with the tenants. However, you will find plenty of parking spaces in the center of Castelnau, including a large underground car park 2 minutes' walk away from Place de l'Europe.
Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.

The neighborhood

Getting around
You can leave the car and use the tram which is a 10-minute walk away. Line 2 of the tram stop Charles de Gaules, you can go to Corum de Montpellier in 5 minutes, to Place de la Comédie in 10 minutes and to the beaches towards Pérols in 25 minutes.
