• 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and the other with a shower

• 1 living room with TV (Netflix + canal) bright dining room (no air conditioning on the ground floor)
• 1 fully equipped kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, fan oven, induction and normal hob, 1 fridge freezer, and 1 dishwasher.
• 1 swimming pool
• 1 barbecue and outdoor garden furniture (dining and relaxation area)

• Private parking for 2 cars with electric gate

The neighborhood

Municipality of more than 17,000 inhabitants, Mauguio takes place in Occitanie, in the department of Hérault. It is located on the outskirts of Montpellier, on the banks of the Etang de l'Or, on the edge of Aigues-Mortes. Its seaside resort, Carnon, offers a beautiful maritime facade on the Mediterranean Sea.

At the gates of the Camargue, Mauguio still reveals today a modest architectural heritage, but above all dreamlike landscapes which attract a large number of tourists each year wishing to enjoy the calm of the Mediterranean Sea.

Getting around

To get around Mauguio, you can use the car to go to the city of Montpellier, or enjoy the beaches of Grau du Roi.
You can also take advantage of a large network of buses to go to the Odysseum for example.
