OUR POOL IS PRIVATE AND ONLY AVAILABLE TO TRAVELERS WHO RENT OUR APARTMENT!
Our apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet housing estate, it consists of:
• A bright and air-conditioned living room opening onto the outside, including the lounge area with its 140x200cm sofa bed
• 1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster kettle, hob, etc.), a dining room table for 4 people
• 1 bathroom with bathtub, single sink, toilet and towel dryer
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160x 200cm and storage (wardrobe and shelf)
• Exterior with private swimming pool dedicated to accommodation (opening mid-June/mid-September and depending on the weather), a gas barbecue, 2 deckchairs and a garden furniture area.

The neighborhood
Le Crès is located approximately 6 km east of Montpellier. The southern part of its agglomeration is crossed by the departmental road 613 (former N113) heading towards Nîmes, in the Gard. The northern part has the departmental road 65 or route de Jacou, which diverts road traffic towards the north of Montpellier.
Crès is located halfway between the Mediterranean Sea and the first reliefs of Pic Saint-Loup further north. Its environment, formerly composed of scrubland, is today dominated by houses. The green lung of the town is located along the banks of the Salaison watercourse, which gave its name to the northern part of the town, and around the lake, occupying an area of two hectares. Scrubland areas are reduced as new construction progresses.
