The apartment is composed of:

• A bright living room including a lounge area, a dining area with a dining table, a large storage cupboard, an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and storage: 4-burner hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, extractor hood, washing machine...

The 3-seater corner sofa is a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two beds (140x190cm)

• A bathroom with walk-in shower and single sink
• A separate toilet
• A bedroom with closet and 160cm double bed and air conditioning
• A terrace with a table for dining
• A private and free open parking space.

The accommodation includes:

• Vacuum cleaner and clothes horse
• Storage
• Television / WIFI
• Complete crockery
• Travel cot

Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.

Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.

• Open only during the summer period: 30 M from the SPAR grocery store on Avenue St Maurice 20 M from a small quick restaurant and a tobacconist

Getting around

You can do everything on foot to visit Palavas. The location of the accommodation is ideal.

Stroll from the right bank to the left bank via the transcanale. To visit the other beaches of Carnon and La Grande Motte, simply follow the coastline and you are there!

The Montpellier metropolis is 20 minutes away by car and is also accessible by public transport, the bus stop being located a few minutes' walk from the accommodation.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.

If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
