Green oasis in the heart of the town of Saint Jean de Védas, 4km from Montpellier city center and 14km from the beaches. Our villa (not air-conditioned but with numerous fans) of more than 190 m2 is located at an isolated end (with completely independent entrance) of the family wine estate in the heart of the village. With 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we can accommodate up to 10 people.
The space
Single storey villa of 190m2 with 4 bedrooms, swimming pool, petaque court and badminton net.
She is composed :
A large open and bright living room, including the lounge area with numerous sofas and armchairs, connected TV, a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, De Longhi and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, gas hob, American fridge, blender, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.)
- 2 bedrooms with a 140cm bed, storage cabinet, bedside lamps and fans
- 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, storage cupboard and fan
- 1 master bedroom with 160 cm bed and bathroom with double sink, WC and bathtub.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sink
- 1 independent toilet
Exterior:
- At the front of the house, a large south-facing terrace ideal for evenings or winter with table and chairs. Our round tubular above-ground swimming pool is unheated (ext. dimensions 5.50 x 1.32) available from mid-June to mid-September depending on the weather.
Pétanque court, ball games with badminton net (card games etc., pétanque balls, balls and rackets available)
- At the back of the house, shaded and wooded environment, ideal in summer, with plastic tables and chairs and gas barbecue.
The accommodation includes:

Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.
Guest access
The villa is in the heart of a huge park, it is a family wine estate including other homes. We will ask you not to encroach on the spaces of other residents, knowing that with the villa the "garden" is already very large and sufficient.
We have an entrance gate completely independent of the entrance to the Domaine and not overlooked.
The entire accommodation will be at your disposal except the cellar and a small room near the laundry room which will not be accessible.

The neighborhood
Le Claud, historic and family estate in the heart of Saint-Jean-de-Védas (Hérault 34430). Accessible by tram, bike, foot and car... Organic wines certified by Ecocert since 2013. The town is built on either side of the RD613 departmental road. The old village - little known from the outside - still retains its soul and its character. The development of the city has not prevented us from retaining natural places where we can recharge our batteries.

There are two dogs in the Estate, they sometimes come for a walk towards the house and are harmless.
