The space

You will be 15 minutes by car or tram from Place de la Comédie, 15 minutes from Petit Travers beach. The Garcia Lorca tram station (line 4) is a 5-minute walk from the house and will take you to the station in 10 minutes. You can park one car within the grounds of the house and several for free in the street in front.

Your children will be welcome, with all the necessary equipment to accommodate babies and older children.

Good wifi speed and office space perfect for teleworking.

The accommodation is non-smoking and all events causing noise pollution are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood.

Cleaning fees, linens and toiletries are included in the total rental price.
THE HOUSE

House of 90m² on one level (be careful, 2 steps at the entrance) consisting of the following rooms:

• An entrance with wardrobe, shoe storage and shelves.
• A spacious and through living room including a comfortable lounge area with reversible air conditioner, sofa, armchair, TV, audio speaker (jack socket), numerous books and a dining area (6-8 seats) with a view of the terrace.
• A kitchen open to the dining area, fully equipped (Senseo coffee machine, induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, small dishwasher for 6 place settings, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.) and many utensils. Those who like to cook will find what they are looking for!
• A bathroom with walk-in shower and single sink, hair dryer, towel dryer.
• A separate toilet.
• Bedroom 1 (approximately 12m²): reversible air conditioner, two beds with a 160x200cm bed, a dressing room and a chest of drawers.
• Bedroom 2 (approximately 10m²): reversible air conditioner, two beds with a 160x200cm trundle bed or two 80cm mattresses constituting a large double bed with storage drawers, a 120x60cm desk accompanied by a comfortable office chair and a wardrobe with shelf. Please note: the bed was damaged at the footboard but this does not interfere with sleeping.
• Bedroom 3 (approximately 9m²): reversible air conditioner, two beds 90x200cm single beds with trundle (important: the drawer bed limits the height of the mattress which is thin and will be perfect for a child but will not have the level of comfort expected for a adult), a wardrobe, shelves, a chest of drawers.

You will find outside:
• A terrace not directly overlooked, half shaded by a plane mulberry tree allowing you to enjoy the freshness or the sun as you wish.
• A large 8 place setting table in wood and metal (expandable to 10 place settings)
• 8 chairs
• Parasol
• 2 sun loungers and a coffee table
• 2 wooden benches
• A breakfast area in the sun at the bottom of the garden
• A fountain at the front door (very useful when returning from the beach)
The accommodation includes:
• Vacuum cleaner and drying rack
• Storage and wardrobes
• WIFI and television
• Free parking space inside the house
• Baby and children's equipment: travel cot, mattress, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, potty, toilet reducer, toys (carrier truck, activity cubes, magic tree, puzzles, Kapla, etc.), children's books .

A complete cleaning is carried out by our service provider before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition when you leave. Also, if there is anything to report, do so as soon as you arrive so that we can take all necessary measures.

Please note that, as in most rentals, dishes must be cleaned and put away by tenants at the end of their stay. We hope that the travelers before you will have respected this simple rule. If you notice any abuse, do not hesitate to report it to us, we will do what is necessary.

Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.

If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
