The Beaux Arts district is undoubtedly the only district in Montpellier that can claim the status of “village within the city”. All the ingredients come together to give this urban enclave the appearance of a Mediterranean village.
You will find many shops and restaurants around the square to enjoy the warm Montpellier summer evenings.
Getting around
• 10 min walk from Corum and the tram stop of the same name which will take you to the beaches in 30 min
• Fréjorgues Airport 15 min by car
• Montpellier coat of arms and Place de la Comédie 15 minutes away on foot

EARLY DEPARTURE
Before 8 a.m.: €30 extra to give to the concierge who will check you out
RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
PLEASE NOTE: We inform you that we are in a fire risk area, it is prohibited to make fires or smoke near wooded areas.
PLEASE NOTE: RENTAL INSURANCE
All occupants are required to insure the accommodation they have rented; they must check whether their main home insurance contract provides for the resort extension (certificate to be provided before entering the premises for stays of 7 nights or more). )
