Large 118m² apartment classified 3 stars, beautiful location (next to Montpellier Town Hall in the Rives du Lez/Port Marianne district) and superb exposure making it very bright. We will be happy to welcome you to our accommodation, whether you are with family for vacation or for professional reasons!

Our spacious accommodation consists of:
A living room including the lounge area with armchairs and sofas, a TV, a dining room side with a table that can accommodate 6 people.
We decorated our accommodation with many decorations from our travels. We hope you take care of it!
A fully equipped independent kitchen (hob, large fridge freezer, top fridge, kettle, SilverCrest espresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.) and a pantry.

Port Marianne is located at the eastern entrance to the city of Montpellier from the A9 motorway. Its main axis is Avenue de la Mer-Raymond Dugrand which crosses the district from north to south, just like the Lez river. In terms of public transport, this district is served by lines (M) 1 3 4 .
