The space
Our spacious accommodation consists of:
A living room including the lounge area with armchairs and sofas, a TV, a dining room side with a table that can accommodate 6 people.
We decorated our accommodation with many decorations from our travels. We hope you take care of it!
A fully equipped independent kitchen (hob, large fridge freezer, top fridge, kettle, SilverCrest espresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.) and a pantry.

The accommodation includes:
- Vacuum cleaner and drying rack
- Storage and wardrobes
- FIBER WIFI and television
- 2 free parking spaces in the secure residence (which are not in the basement)
- Fans are available
Accommodation on the 2nd floor with elevator.
Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap and tea towels.
Guest access
Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation.
We leave certain foods in the freezer and fridge and also in the cupboards. If you finish a few things, please replace it :)

The neighborhood
Port Marianne is located at the eastern entrance to the city of Montpellier from the A9 motorway. Its main axis is Avenue de la Mer-Raymond Dugrand which crosses the district from north to south, just like the Lez river. In terms of public transport, this district is served by lines (M) 1 3 4 .

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
