The space
Our accommodation consists of:
• A fully equipped kitchen: microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, dishwasher, French piston coffee machine!
• A large living room with sofa and armchair, dining area, TV and internet connection
• A bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed and wardrobe and shelf storage space.
• A large bathroom with shower and single sink
• Separate WC
Our accommodation is not air-conditioned but we provide 2 fans and we have large windows which allow us to maintain a reasonable temperature in the middle of summer. In addition, we have stone walls which keep things cool in summer. Our high ceiling apartment has tree views from every window.
The accommodation includes:
- Vacuum cleaner and drying rack
- 2 fans
- Storage and wardrobes
- Hair dryer
- FIBER WIFI and television
- No parking space assigned to the accommodation, but numerous spaces on the street (paid)
- Mosquito nets on each window
The accommodation is on the 3rd floor of an old building in Montpellier and therefore without an elevator.
Guest access
One bedroom is closed because there are the owners' belongings in it. All the rest of the accommodation is accessible.

The neighborhood
L’Écusson is the best-known and liveliest district of Montpellier, a true nerve center of the old town. While walking there, we sometimes forget the whole history of this mythical place.
However, it can be read and revealed at every street corner. A city in the heart of the city, the Écusson district is a landmark for many Montpellier residents: we meet there to have a drink on the terrace, go shopping, enjoy its squares and its cultural places…
The historic and pedestrian center of Montpellier is definitely the place where happiness comes to life!

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
