The accommodation consists of:
A living room including the lounge area with sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, Bosch coffee machine, hob, combined fridge, oven, etc.)
1 bedroom with 140cm bedding and plenty of storage (cupboards, wardrobes and drawers)
1 bathroom with bathtub, single sink
Separate WC
The accommodation includes:
- Vacuum cleaner and drying rack
- Storage and wardrobes
- WIFI and television
- A washing machine
- A large terrace with plancha
- No parking spaces assigned to the accommodation but numerous spaces in the free residence.
Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.

The neighborhood
From the Route de la Pompignane to Avenue Marcel Dassault, the Mas de Rochet district located to the southwest of Castelnau-le-Lez offers a contrasting and attractive territory. The southwestern tip of the city combines artistic foundations, large companies with international influence and health establishments.
Its geographical location at the gates of Montpellier and its access to the A9 motorway make it a popular area for the working population.
Getting around
You can leave the car and use the tram which is a 10-minute walk away. Line 2 of the tram stop Charles de Gaules, you can go to Corum de Montpellier in 5 minutes, to Place de la Comédie in 10 minutes and to the beaches towards Pérols in 25 minutes.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
