Our 35m2 air-conditioned apartment (in living room) + terrace consists of:
A living room including the lounge area with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a dining room table
- 1 bathroom with shower, single sink
- separate WC
- 1 bedroom with double bed and storage
- Washing machine
No wifi connection
The accommodation includes:
- Vacuum cleaner and drying rack
- Storage space
- Television
Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.
Guest access
Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation.

We remain available by text from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in case of problems!
The neighborhood
The seaside resort of Palavas-les-Flots borders the Mediterranean Sea. It is surrounded by several lakes and crossed by the Lez. Housed in a fort dating from the 18th century, the Albert Dubout museum exhibits humorous drawings. Lunapark Palavas offers funfair rides, while the calm water beaches are ideal for swimming and water sports. Lively streets are dotted with seafood restaurants, pizzerias and open-air ice cream parlors, alongside surf shops and souvenir shops
Getting around
You can do everything on foot to visit Palavas. The location of the accommodation is ideal.
Stroll from the right bank to the left bank via the transcanale. To visit the other beaches of Carnon and La Grande Motte, simply follow the coastline and you are there!
The Montpellier metropolis is 20 minutes away by car and is also accessible by public transport, the bus stop being located a few minutes' walk from the accommodation.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
