The space

The Grand Mas was restored and fitted out in 2016 with a spirit combining charm, naturalness and 21st century comfort.

This character house of 180 m2 can accommodate up to 8 people maximum (4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms)

The house consists of:

• On the ground floor

Illuminated by the sun, the ground floor includes the living room and the kitchen/dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle It opens directly onto the terrace equipped with garden furniture for enjoying meals as well as a barbecue.

A separate toilet under the staircase which serves the first floor of the farmhouse.

In front, a private garden of more than 1000m2 with a 55m2 swimming pool (5x11m depth 1.50m) and a pool house are exclusively reserved for guests of this residence.

Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.

The neighborhood

Mudaison is a French commune located in the east of the Hérault department in the Occitanie region. Exposed to a Mediterranean climate, it is drained by the Bas-Rhône Languedoc irrigation canal, the Cadoule, the Bérange, the Aigues-Vives stream.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
