The space
In a dynamic and recent area, the apartment is on the first floor of the residence with elevator, spacious and bright, it is composed of:
• An air-conditioned living room with a lounge area and a dining area.
• A kitchen, semi-open to the living room, fitted with storage and equipped with all the necessary appliances: hob, hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, washing machine, top fridge, toaster, etc.
• A large, bright bedroom, with storage cupboard and a 140 cm bed. The bedroom allows access to the balcony.
• A large bathroom with window, equipped with a shower, a sink and a WC.
• A balcony of almost 6m² which will allow you to enjoy the sun.
• A private parking space in the basement
Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.
