The space

The very bright family home is made up of one floor:

On the ground floor:

• An entrance hall with storage
• A large bright independent kitchen fitted and equipped (filter coffee maker and Senseo)
• A renovated living room with TV and Wifi
• A large bathroom with bathtub
• A laundry room with washing machine
• A separate toilet

The floor:

• A large corridor serving the sleeping area.
• A very bright bedroom not overlooked, with ducted air conditioning, built-in cupboard and a 160cm bed.
Ducted air conditioning in the hallway serving the other two bedrooms:
• A bedroom with a 160cm bed and a cupboard
• A bedroom with a bunk bed with air conditioning
• An independent WC with window

The exterior:

A private courtyard, not overlooked with a beautiful sunshine, equipped with a table that will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, a plancha with trolley and a pretty garden furniture.

Guests have access to the entire house
The entire house is privatized for rental

The neighborhood

Mudaison is a small village typical of the South of France, between town and scrubland it will satisfy as many people as possible!

• At the bakery which is less than 5 minutes away on foot
• At the supermarket on the town hall square which is 50M away.
• At the restaurant located on the street
• On the village square, where the village bar is located.
• At the children's park which is 5 minutes away on foot
• At the bowling alley which is 7 minutes away on foot
• At the City Parc which is 4 minutes away by bike

Getting around

The Leclerc St Aunes shopping center and the Eco les Cypres shopping area are 7 minutes by car
Access to the A9 and A709 motorways are less than 7 minutes by car
Montpellier Méditerranée airport is 15 minutes away by car
St Roch and Sud de France stations are 15 minutes away by car
The beaches of Palavas and Carnon are 20 minutes by car
Montpellier city center is 20 minutes by car
Nîmes city center is 30 minutes by car

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.

If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
