In a recent, quiet and family residence, located 4 minutes' walk from the "Les Sabines" stop in the Grisettes/Sabines district, this large 3-bedroom apartment offers:

In the basement, accessible with the residence beep, you will have a private closed garage with the apartment.
The accommodation includes:

Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
