The space

This T2 is composed of:

• A living room equipped with a desk, a lounge area with sofa, wifi and a television, a table for eating meals, wifi and a television.

An open kitchen equipped with plenty of storage space and all the necessary appliances: fridge, 2-burner hob and hood, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle/toaster

• A bedroom with 140x190cm bed, a large storage cupboard and a fan

• A functional bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC

• No parking space

Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels.

Boulevard Jeu de Paume: This wide thoroughfare is lined with numerous shops. We will particularly notice a magnificent trompe l'oeil on two facades of a building. 5 minutes from Halles Laissac, you can stroll through the historic center and discover all its wonders!

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.

If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
