LATE ARRIVAL

Between 10 p.m. and 12 a.m.: €20 extra to give to the concierge who will welcome you
EARLY DEPARTURE
Before 8 a.m.: €30 extra to give to the concierge who will check you out
RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
