The space

In a listed building, close to the Place de la Préfecture in Montpellier and on the 2nd floor without elevator, it offers quality services.
The air-conditioned apartment consists of:

• An entrance hall with armored/fire door and a large skylight

• A separate toilet

• An independent, fully equipped kitchen: double sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer combination, 4-burner city gas hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso Vert coffee machine. The functional kitchen is equipped with plenty of storage space.

• A large living room which is made up of a lounge area, an office area and a dining area:
-The living room is equipped with a television, wifi access, a stereo with speakers, a piano, a 3-seater leather sofa and armchairs.
-The office area offers a secretary with chair and a connected printer
-The dining area offers a table with adapted mobility.

• A bedroom, not overlooked, with double bed 160cm x 200cm and a beautiful tailor-made dressing area made up of wardrobe and shelves, double pocket door with mirror.

• A large bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a single sink, a towel dryer, a washing machine and plenty of storage space.

• A windowless bedroom, overlooking the living room, with pocket door, an office area, a large closet and a 90cm bed.

Our accommodation is air-conditioned

The accommodation includes:

• Vacuum cleaner and drying rack
• Storage and wardrobes
• Hair dryer / steam generator / first aid kit
• ORANGE FIBER WIFI and television
• No parking space assigned to the accommodation, but paid underground parking less than 3 minutes walk away (prefecture car park)

The accommodation is on the 2nd floor of an old building in Montpellier and therefore without an elevator.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.

If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.

The neighborhood

L’Écusson is the best-known and liveliest district of Montpellier, a true nerve center of the old town. It combines the charm of the city and the dynamism of its inhabitants. While walking there, you can sometimes forget the whole history of this mythical place and the city. However, it can be read and revealed at every street corner. A city in the heart of the city, the Écusson district is a landmark for many Montpellier residents: we meet there to have a drink on the terrace, go shopping, enjoy its squares and its cultural places…

The historic and pedestrian center of Montpellier is definitely the place where happiness comes to life!
