Our apartment on the ground floor, not overlooked, consists of:

• A large air-conditioned and very bright living room, overlooking the garden. The air-conditioned room includes a beautiful living room area with a convertible sofa and a large open kitchen area, fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, 4-burner hob, oven, fridge/freezer combination, microwave... and a table for eating meals which can accommodate 6 people.
• A bathroom with shower, single sink and towel dryer
• Independent WC
• 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed
• An enclosed garden with its gas plancha, its electric awning, its deckchairs, its dining table, its outdoor shower, its parasol and its direct and private access to the beach
The accommodation includes:
- Vacuum cleaner and drying rack
- Storage and wardrobes
- WIFI and television
Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
