With a capacity of up to 14 people, a mirror swimming pool and vast spaces, this spacious and warm residence has, among other things, an independent studio and offers all the comfort desired for your stay. With very high ceilings and a unique character, preserving the soul of the old wine estate, this Mas is ideal for holidays in the South!
The space
In a completely renovated former wine estate, in a quiet alley in the center of the village, this private and fenced property promises you serenity and unforgettable moments.
The former winegrower's farmhouse and its independent studio have been completely renovated and are equipped with modern and quality services.
With an area of 250m² and fully air-conditioned, the property is very bright thanks to its large openings. Decorated with great taste and mixing styles, it offers well-defined spaces. This home is ideal for a family vacation!
Composed on the ground floor:
• A large entrance hall which allows access to the living room, the kitchen and the lounge.
• A separate toilet with hand basin and window.
• A first bedroom with decorative fireplace (not usable), two 90 cm single beds (or a 180 cm double bed) and an office space,
• A beautiful and vast living room bathed in light with large openings for a clear view of the garden and the swimming pool.
The main room offers several spaces such as a laundry room, an open kitchen with a beautiful dining area and a double living room.
The kitchen offers all the necessary crockery, plenty of storage space and modern equipment:
• a central island with 2 full storage areas
• a hob and its hood
• an oven
• a microwave
• two Nespresso coffee makers
• a Smeg toaster
• an American fridge/freezer combination
• a dishwasher
• a (closed) laundry area with storage, washing machine and dryer
The double living room is accessible by a small step, it offers a lounge area with television and corner sofa and a relaxation area with armchairs and sofa which allows direct access to the garden.
You will access the upper floor by a wide staircase secured with a ramp. The large bright corridor, with its relaxation area, serves the bedrooms and the bathrooms, you will find:
• The second bedroom, with parquet flooring, equipped with a storage cupboard and two 90 cm single beds (or a 180 cm double bed)
• A bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, semi-separate WC and window.
• A master suite, with direct view of the garden, 160 cm bed and storage cupboard. The private bathroom offers a WC, a walk-in shower, a sink and a towel dryer.
• A fourth bedroom with a 160cm double bed, storage cupboard and an office space.
• A fifth and final bedroom, which is the second master suite, equipped with a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a 160cm bed and a false wall fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a double sink, a semi-separate toilet and a towel dryer.
EXTERIOR
The building of the old vineyard brings a lot of character to the place, the exterior not overlooked is a real asset.
The enclosed garden is wooded and offers several welcoming spaces:
• A mirror swimming pool with American beach (1.50 m deep) and secure roller shutter. Pool size 10m long; 6m wide.
• A Pool House with bathroom, separate WC and covered summer kitchen, overlooking the swimming pool with all the necessary equipment: Table, chairs, gas plancha, water point, deckchairs...
• A terrace with garden furniture and armchair
• A lawn area to relax
STUDIO
You will have a completely independent studio (20 m²) with direct access to the swimming pool.
On one level, the studio is equipped on the ground floor with 2 80x200 cm beds that can be converted into double beds
On the mezzanine, equipped with a skylight with roller shutter, you will have:
- a bathroom with shower cubicle, 90cm sink and WC.
- 2 80x200 cm beds convertible into double bedsts, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.
PARKING:
With its secure electric gate and electric car charging station, it is possible to park 2 to 3 vehicles safely inside the property.
Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.

The neighborhood
Saint-Sériès is a charming village located to the east of Hérault, between Montpellier and Nîmes. The center of the village, although modest in size, offers a remarkable natural heritage, notably the La Roque site. Sports enthusiasts will find a variety of activities there, such as canoeing, via ferrata, fishing and hiking, mainly along the Vidourle and around the Roque.
By exploring the banks of the river and climbing the hill, you discover a breathtaking view of the Roque de Saint-Sériès, with an orientation table offering a 360° panorama of the Cévennes and Mont Ventoux. The village is also surrounded by vineyards typical of Languedoc-Roussillon, adding to the charm of this southern locality.
Getting around
Saint-Sériès is ideally located between Montpellier and Nîmes, making it easy to access, whether by car or from neighboring airports.
Access by highway:
• From the A9 motorway: Take exit no. 27 “Lunel”. After the toll, follow the signs towards Lunel. Continue on the D34 towards Saint-Sériès. The village is approximately 5 kilometers from the motorway exit.
From Montpellier-Mediterranean Airport (MPL):
• By car: The airport is approximately 25 kilometers from Saint-Sériès. Take the direction of the A9 motorway, following the signs towards Nîmes. Take the highway towards Nîmes and take exit no. 27 “Lunel”. Then follow the directions mentioned above to reach Saint-Sériès.
• By public transport: From the airport, a shuttle (line 620) takes you to the “Place de l’Europe” tram station in Montpellier. From there, take the tram to Montpellier Saint-Roch station, then a regional train to Lunel. In Lunel, taxis or local buses can take you to Saint-Sériès. 
From Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes airport (FNI):
• By car: The airport is located approximately 35 kilometers from Saint-Sériès. Take the direction of the A54 motorway, following the signs towards Nîmes. Then join the A9 motorway towards Montpellier and take exit no. 27 “Lunel”. Then follow the directions previously mentioned to reach Saint-Sériès.
• By public transport: Options are limited from this airport. It is recommended to take a taxi or rent a car to reach Saint-Sériès.
