On the ground floor, you will be presented with:
A large living room with a double living room and an open kitchen; the double stay offers:
- a relaxation area with glass parquet flooring, a suspended stove, an 8-seater corner sofa and access to the swimming pool.
- a lounge area with a television and a corner sofa for 8 people
The large kitchen with central island has plenty of storage space, it is equipped with all the necessary and useful comforts for rental:

You will have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

- the 2nd master suite: a 160cm bed, with an office space and a storage cupboard. The bathroom with window has a 150cm bathtub and a single sink. THE bedroom also allows access to the interior patio.
