The space

The secure residence with swimming pool is located 5 minutes walk from the North beach of Port Camargue, less than 150m walk from Les Halles, 15 minutes from Carnon and 30 minutes from Montpellier, by car.
The 53m² apartment is very well laid out and functional, it offers all the equipment desired. With its 13M² terrace, not directly overlooked with a panoramic view of the Port, the place is ideal for resting.
The apartment, located on the 2nd floor without elevator, consists of:
- A small hall
- A large living room composed of a beautiful kitchen open to the bright living room.
The lounge area is equipped with:

* a 3-seater sofa with ottomans

The kitchen area is fully equipped with storage and equipped with all the necessary crockery and appliances:

Cleaning is included upon your departure, but we ask you to leave the accommodation in good condition otherwise you will lose part of your deposit. When you leave, you must empty your dishwasher and empty your trash cans.
You will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel. Parties are prohibited and we do not accept groups of young adults under 25 years old. The swimming pool is accessible by a bracelet / person. If you lose a bracelet it will cost you €22/piece

The neighborhood
Port Camargue is the leading marina in Europe in terms of number of berths afloat, ideally located between the Fishing Port and the preserved site of Espiguette, the marina of Port Camargue looks like a haven of Peace when you sail along the banks of the marinas or stroll along the quays.
Getting around
To get around you can use a car to fully enjoy the beaches but also discover the surrounding areas and Montpellier.
You can also take advantage of a bus network connecting towns such as Aigues Mortes, Palavas les flots and La Grande motte.
