Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.

The neighborhood
The heart of the contemporary Antigone district is the Esplanade de l'Europe, which winds around the lawns and fountains of the Place de l'Europe and the Place de Thessalie. Neoclassical office buildings designed in the 1990s can be found near the Le Polygone shopping center. International pubs and chic brasseries overlook the Lez. The area also includes restaurants serving international cuisine, ranging from sushi and noodles to curries.

Tram stop line 1 Leon Blum which will take you to the Comédie in 5 minutes and to the beaches in 30 minutes

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
