Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, our air-conditioned apartment includes:
A living room including the lounge area with Crozatier 140x190 convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine, hob, fridge, microwave, etc.), a dining room table dining room for 4 people and a balcony with outdoor table and chairs
- 1 bathroom with shower, single sink and towel dryer
Separate WC with laundry area, washing machine and iron
1 bedroom with 140X200 bed, storage/wardrobe and balcony
The accommodation includes:
- Vacuum cleaner and drying rack
- Storage and wardrobes
- WIFI and television
- Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom
- Hair dryer, straightener
- Stroller, travel cot, high chair and changing table.
Parking is paid in the surrounding car parks and at the bottom of the building, there is no space allocated to the accommodation.
Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.

The neighborhood

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
